It is our passion to successfully and sustainably recruit C-level functions such as CEOs, COOs, CMOs, etc., Managing Directors, Supervisory Boards and Advisory Boards, but also B-level functions for group and family companies as well as for large medium-sized companies and private equity firms. Gernot Kaser

Before founding his company PersonDO in 2009, Gernot Kaser held international management positions in various industries. In addition to his passion for executive search consulting, he coaches business executives and advises on new placement.

Professional experience background

As an experienced Executive Search Consultant he sees himself more as a generalist, the industry and management experience he has gained contributes significantly to his clients' understanding of their markets, processes and networks.

Before studying medical technology in Lübeck, he studied medicine and PPP (philosophy, psychology and education) in Innsbruck/Austria. Later, he completed an MBA programme in parallel to his work, specialising in International Management/Marketing/Business Communication. During his studies, he worked for several years as an assistant educator for mentally handicapped people at the Alsterdorf Foundation in Hamburg.

In his spare time, Gernot Kaser mainly reads books dealing with socio-political and intercultural topics. He enjoys sailing and has a special affinity for Scandinavia, Italy and Asia. He loves Austrian, Italian and Indian cuisine. During the football home games he is regularly to be found in a Hamburg stadium.

Peter Zimmermann

For more than 10 years Peter Zimmer Senior Consultant has been active in the areas of executive search and selection (headhunting), talent search and selection, planning, implementation and design of assessment centres and management workshops. He is an experienced and comprehensively trained expert and advises HR specialists and managers on the selection and use of suitable test methods and analysis tools. He has successfully managed numerous international executive search projects.
He gained his management practical experience in the group (11 years of Deutsche Telekom Key Account Management) as well as in medium-sized companies (e.g. WANG Germany). In addition to managing and developing staff, he was also responsible for management tasks in sales.
Peter Zimmer sees himself as a generalist in headhunting, in addition he can successfully contribute his many years of industry experience in the consumer, luxury and food sectors.

Professional experience background

Peter Zimmer is a trained merchant in wholesale and foreign trade.

In his spare time Peter likes to travel, he trains triathlon, and just like Gernot Kaser he visits his football club in a Hamburg stadium (but the "Other football club in Hamburg" ;-)
